A&F Sanction of Nagaur Lift Project Phase-I was accorded by PPC on dated 07.08.2006 of Rs 761.01 Crore which is further revised to Rs 1194.03 Crore and sanctioned in 197th PPC dated 25.04.2016. In the Nagaur Lift Project, Phase-I total 5 Towns (Nagaur, Basni, Kuchera, Mundwa&Merta) and 494 Villages are targeted to be benefit with canal water. All 5 Tows and 494 village of Nagaur District are commissioned year 2021 and getting potable drinking water from Indira Gandhi Canal.
